What are the steps involved in producing our bird's nests?
The Process
Birdnests:
- Sourced from caves of Sabah
- Traditionally cleaning process with no additional colouring or chemicals.
- Soaked in purified drinking water for 6 - 8 hours.
- Double boiled for 3.5 hours.
Bottles:
Every bottle utilized undergoes sanitation via a Food-Grade UV Sterilizer to eliminate all bacteria.
