In the caves of Sabah, you'll find two distinct types of bird's nests: gold and pearl. What sets them apart from their counterparts from house or factory farms is their unique characteristics. Cave nests boast a chewier texture, a richer aroma, and are free from any unpleasant foul taste. Additionally, they naturally absorb minerals from the cave walls, adding to their golden colour, overall quality and nutritional value.

Birdnests:

1. Sourced from caves of Sabah
2. Traditionally cleaning process with no additional colouring or chemicals.
3. Soaked in purified drinking water for 6 - 8 hours.
4. Double boiled for 3.5 hours.
